Summer is just around the corner. Brush up on your hot weather concrete knowledge at this month's Arizona ACI Chapter meeting. Topics will include ACI specifications, proven curing methods for hot weather, and preventing plastic shrinkage cracks. Our panel of experts will include Luke Snell (Western Technologies), Robert Barkley (Hanson) and Derek Imperial (BASF). Their presentations will be followed by a panel discussion to encourage the sharing of information and ideas.
The monthly ACI lunch meetings are very well attended and last month's meeting was standing room only. These meetings are a great opportunity to network, as well as to brush up on your technical knowledge. Check in begins at 11:30, followed by lunch and the presentation at noon. We work to get you back on the road by 1:00 pm.
