Adhesive Anchors
What you need to Know!

The Arizona Chapter has added the Adhesive Anchor Installer program to its repertoire of ACI certification program offerings.  ACI Staff member, Mike Morrison is currently working with our Chapter leading an orientation and certification program for those chapter members that will help champion this new program for us.  At this month's luncheon meeting, Mr. Morrison will discuss program content and requirements for ACI/CRSI Adhesive Anchor Installer certification,, and ACI's new AAI Inspector certification program, as well as the programs connection to ACI 318.  The AAI program has been available throughout the US the last 4 years and the Inspector program is planned to roll out late in the second quarter of this year.  this presentation will be of interest to contractors who use these products, engineering firms and agencies that offer inspection services, adhesive manufacturers, government agencies, as well as engineering firms that write specifications.

About our Speaker:

Michael Morrison serves as Manager and Certification Program Development for the American Concrete Institute.  He leads the development of potential new certification programs and assists ACI subcommittees with current Board-approved programs.  He also serves as ACI's certification rep to standards development organizations and specifying agencies to promote inclusion of language requiring certification programs in standards and specifications.  He has over 28 years experience in project management related to construction materials testing and evaluation, and development and execution of training programs within the construction industry.  Mike is an active member and past president of the ACI Illinois Chapter. 

Registration includes validation for the Fulton Parking Garage on College Avenue just North of University.  There are meters and limited parking behind the University Club.
