Market Forecast presented by: Donna Kennedy, Economic Development Director City of Tempe. Donna will review the recent activity in the City of Tempe and give us an overview of all Economic Development planned for the next 10 years. Her focus will be on new construction as it pertains to our industry.
The new State Farm Headquarters at Marina Heights will be presented by Matt Rogers, Senior Project Manager with Suntec Concrete. Matt Rogers began his construction career with Suntec Concrete, after graduating with a BS in Construction Management, University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December 2002. Matt joined Suntec in May 2003 and worked as a field engineer for less than a year before becoming a project engineer. He started with his current position as project manager in June 2005, currently managing 3-4 jobs consecutively and manages the layout/engineering for the structural department. Matt became a Managing Partner in 2006, additionally overseeing recruiting at colleges and assisting with marketing efforts for the company.
