New - You must now register and pay for certification programs on-line, right here! Simply find the program you want in the column to the left and click on the title. When you complete your on-line registration you will immediately receive an emailed confirmation letter and invoice. You can then pay on-line by credit card, or you can use the invoice to pay by check (or ADOT PO).
NOTE - You must now register on-line. Please do not fax in credit card information to our office. This on-line registration is the fastest and most secure means of registration. If you are paying by check, please use the on-line registration and pay from the invoice that is generated by the system.
Please note that beginning in 2012 payment by credit card can only be made on-line. To keep things more secure we will no longer accept credit card numbers on written forms.
