When you complete your on-line registration you will immediately receive an emailed confirmation letter and invoice. You can then pay on-line by credit card, or you can use the invoice to pay by check (or ADOT PO).
NOTE - You must now register on-line. Please do not fax in credit card information to our office. This on-line registration is the fastest and most secure means of registration. If you are paying by check, please use the on-line registration and pay from the invoice that is generated by the system.
