The Arizona Chapter of ACI announces its new Board of Directors for 2009, with Patrick Neilio, PE of Lehigh Southwest Cement serving as the new President. The Board and Staff would like to welcome the two new members of this year's Board - Richard Graham, PE of Z & H Engineering and Tony Polusny of MBJ Consulting Engineers.
